Types of Data collected

Through the contact form, this website collects the following data: first and last name, email address, job title or role, and the content of the message. This data is provided voluntarily by the user. Name, email address and message are required, because without them I can’t reply; job title or role is optional. Before sending, the user must also confirm that they have read this Privacy Policy.

Mode and place of processing

Messages from the contact form are sent through EmailJS (EmailJS Pte. Ltd.), a service that only forwards the form to my personal email inbox, hosted by Gmail (Google). Once delivered, only I have access to them. As EmailJS and Google may process or store data on servers located outside the European Union, any such transfer is covered by the safeguards these providers offer under the GDPR, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

Retention time

Data is kept only as long as needed to reply and continue the conversation. It is deleted no later than 12 months after the last exchange, unless a professional collaboration begins.

Purposes of processing

Data is used only to reply to the user’s message. It is not used for marketing or newsletters, and it is not sold or shared with third parties, apart from the technical service providers described above, which handle it only to deliver the message.

Legal basis

Processing is based on steps taken at the user’s request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and on the Owner’s legitimate interest in replying to messages received (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Rights of users

Users can, at any time:

• ask to access their data;
• correct or update it;
• request its deletion;
• restrict or object to its processing;
• receive a copy of it.

To make any request, just send an email to camilla.caccialanza@gmail.com. Users also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).

Cookies

This website does not use profiling or advertising cookies. To display its fonts, the website loads them from Google Fonts (Google); to deliver them, Google receives the visitor’s IP address.

Changes to this privacy policy

The Owner may update this privacy policy. The date below shows the latest version.
